SHIPPING POLICY
*DUE TO BREXIT WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK*
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class with proof of postage.
UK Delivery is £2.10 for 1 item and £3.45 for 2 items or more.
(Except adult sweatshirts and raincoats which have to go as small parcel)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you have a query about your order, please contact us using the website contact form within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Exchanges and returns will be accepted in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class postage with proof of postage. Should an item be lost in the Royal Mail process, a Royal Mail “Making a Claim” application should be made by the buyer.
No refunds will be given for items lost in the post.
Orders cannot be cancelled.
